We sell and ship from Singapore to the EU and UK.

These Terms are the only conditions applicable to the use of this website and supersede any others.
Making a purchase through our website implies acceptance of these Terms.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that:

You shall not place speculative, false, or fraudulent orders.

Bad Law sells its products exclusively via www.badlaw.store and is not responsible for products sold through unauthorized resellers or secondary marketplaces.

4) Product Information and Availability
We aim for accurate descriptions, sizing, and images. Minor color or texture variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion.
5) Pricing, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are shown in EUR (or your selected currency) and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
International orders may incur import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees charged by your local customs authority. These are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
EU buyers:
Bad Law covers all import VAT.
If customs charges VAT at delivery, please email us the invoice and your order number. We will refund the VAT amount immediately to your original payment method.
6) Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send a shipment confirmation or fulfil the order.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel and refund that item.
7) Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Stripe-supported cards, wallets).
By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen method and that the information provided is accurate.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
8) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct.
9) Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, email info@badlaw.store with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the item is defective, you will bear the return shipping costs.
We will refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returned items must be in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
For hygiene or customized items, statutory exceptions may apply.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided in the Returns & Refunds Policy, but it is not mandatory.
10) Returns and Exchanges (All Customers)
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return timelines, eligibility conditions, and how to initiate a return.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
11) Donations Disclosure
For each purchase, 7% of your purchase price is allocated by Bad Law to selected non-profit organizations that challenge unjust laws.
Donations are made from Bad Law’s own revenue and are not customer-directed or tax-deductible for buyers.
Allocations are made quarterly and may vary based on the number of partner organizations and sales volume.
Bad Law retains full discretion over the selection, timing, and distribution of donations.
We publish periodic transparency notes on how funds are allocated.
12) Promotions, Gift Codes, and Limited Offers
Promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Minimum spend, expiration dates, territorial restrictions, and product exclusions may apply.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
13) Intellectual Property
All site content - including logos, graphics, text, photography, video, is the property of Bad Law or its licensors.
You may not copy, alter, or reproduce this material without prior written consent.
14) Acceptable Use

Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
This limitation does not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
17) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our control - including acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, customs delays, or utility outages.
If such an event occurs, we will notify you promptly and take reasonable steps to resume operations as soon as possible.
