1. Right to Return

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you wish to return an item.
Once confirmed, please send the item back within the following 14 days.
To start a return, contact us at info@badlaw.store with your order number and reason for return.

This policy applies alongside your statutory rights under EU and UK consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• In original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

• Free from marks, scents, or alterations.

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as caps cannot be returned once worn.
Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that the time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
This helps us reduce waste and sustain fair pricing while ensuring our 7% donation commitment continues with every sale.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@badlaw.store.
We’ll cover the return costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

7. Statutory Rights

For EU and UK customers, this policy does not affect your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, nor any other rights under applicable consumer law.
